2月9日，捷强装备（300875）发布公告，公司及其实际控制人之一潘峰涉嫌单位行贿罪，近日公司知悉法院判决结果。
判决结果显示，公司被判处罚金150万元，潘峰被判处有期徒刑1年9个月并处罚金150万元，罚金已由控股股东承担并缴纳。公司确认不再提出上诉，该判决已生效。
2025年前三季度，捷强装备实现收入1.69亿元，归母净利润-2319万元。
