格隆汇2月6日丨国科军工(688543.SH)公布，公司董事会于2026年2月4日收到公司董事罗汉先生提交的书面《辞职报告》。罗汉先生因工作变动原因，申请辞去公司董事职务，同时一并辞去公司董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员职务，辞任后罗汉先生不再担任公司任何职务。根据《公司法》《公司章程》等相关规定，上述辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。
