红桥区住房和建设发展中心相关负责人表示：2026年将对新竹里、宜兰里等9个小区进行改造，共涉及建筑面积31万平方米，受益居民5500户。
目前，连富里已正式开工，其他小区计划2026年3月份左右陆续启动改造，所有项目将于今年年底前全部完工。
