新京报贝壳财经讯 2月5日，国轩高科发布公告称，公司拟向特定对象发行股票募集资金总额不超过50亿元，用于“年产20GWh动力电池项目”等三个项目及补充流动资金。本次发行数量不超过发行前公司总股本15%（即2.72亿股），定价不低于定价基准日前20个交易日均价的80%，发行对象不超过35名。
