1月17日（报道）消费者反映通过转转平台买二手平板电脑，验机报告显示外观无磕碰、掉漆、划痕，但实际与报告不符。转转平台表示，是上传报告的工程师操作失误，可以给留用补偿二百元。记者协调，平台工作人员表示将升级反馈，给消费者解决问题。
