一打金店垃圾扫出1700克金粉，被质疑“偷金”！回应来了

近期，黄金市场犹如过山车，接连上演历史性的暴涨和暴跌，各地频现购金变现热潮，金店业务也随之陡增。

2月4日，“浙江杭州一打金店老板扫金粉扫出1700克黄金”的视频在网上引起关注。

Gold processing practices at a jewelry workshop in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, have come under public scrutiny after a shop owner claimed to have recovered 1.7 kilograms of gold dust in a single month, raising concerns over potential customer losses.

中国蓝新闻报道，杭州一打金店老板称，1个月扫金粉扫出1700克，价值近200万元。

视频显示，老板郑先生指着一堆金砖说：“平时打磨、搓修剩下的一些金粉，焚烧提炼出来的黄金，我们叫生活垃圾。1700克的话，你就算200万不到吧。是不是有点太炫富、高调了。”

The controversy began after a video posted on Wednesday showed the owner, surnamed Zheng, displaying gold bars refined from residue collected during routine polishing and repair work. He described the material as so-called "living waste" and estimated its value at nearly 2 million yuan.

2月5日，此事登上热搜，引起部分网友的质疑：对顾客的黄金进行打磨时，散落的金粉不应该归顾客所有吗？店里出现如此大量的金粉，是不是说明他们在宰客、偷克重？

The video quickly went viral, prompting netizens to question whether the accumulated gold dust should belong to customers, with some suspecting underhanded practices such as shaving weight during processing.

潇湘晨报消息，2月5日，记者致电该打金店店长，店长表示：顾客少出来的金，我们会补的。比如顾客拿来一根50克的金条，我们会写上“来料50克”，接着进行打磨加工等流程，最终成品如果是48克，则会将银行金条“剪”下2克返还给顾客。

In response, the shop's manager said on Thursday that customers are compensated for any weight loss. He said the original weight is recorded upon receipt, and any shortfall in the finished product is returned using gold cut from a bank-issued bar.

记者为此还咨询了长沙一家打金店的朱师傅，他解释说，一般打金损耗率在千分之二到千分之三之间。若按中间值计算，产生1700克金粉损耗，每月需加工黄金约680公斤，“这个数字有点浮夸。”

对于网友质疑该店是否存在“偷金”行为，朱师傅予以否认，他称现在打金店一般都包损耗，偷金基本不可能。

An independent goldsmith in Changsha, Hunan province, said typical processing loss ranges from 0.2 to 0.3 percent, making the claimed amount of recovered gold dust unrealistic. He added that most workshops absorb such losses, leaving little room for deliberate theft.

打金如何不踩坑？消保委提醒

据了解，尽管黄金物理性质极其稳定，抗腐蚀，在清洗过程中不会因为清洗而掉克数。

但黄金加工中需要用到修金、捶揲、花丝、錾刻等工艺，用钨钢锉、砂纸打磨乃至后期的抛光等环节都会产生金粉，肯定会有损耗。

Industry veterans said some degree of loss is unavoidable, as processes such as filing, sanding, engraving and polishing inevitably produce fine gold particles, even though gold does not lose weight during cleaning.

在南京从业30多年的打金师傅徐鹏说，商家打出的宣传“黄金加工零损耗”显然有噱头之意，正规的打金店通常会采取包损耗的方式，接还金的时候都称重，若出现克重减少的情形，会通过抵工费、补金子，或者提前加入部分原金用于打磨来抵消损耗等方式解决。

徐师傅提醒，顾客需要留意的是，在黄金加工涉及焊接环节，比如制作手镯时，焊接处的处理尤为关键。正规金店会用原金来进行焊接，不会用焊料等物质，否则会使黄金手镯的纯度降低，影响其品质和价值。

Xu Peng, a Nanjing-based goldsmith with more than 30 years of experience, said claims of "zero-loss" processing are largely promotional. He noted that reputable shops offset losses through pricing or by adding raw gold, and cautioned consumers to watch for welding practices, as improper materials can reduce purity and long-term value.

送金加工时，建议挑选有光谱测金仪的店家。黄金的克重容易直观呈现，但纯度却难以用肉眼辨别。借助专业的光谱测金仪，在加工前后可以分别进行检测，对比纯度是否有变化。

扬州消保委曾发提醒：

▌如需“打金”加工，应选择商场内正规店铺，避开监管相对薄弱的路边店。部分非正规店铺可能存在通过添加其他金属降低纯度、隐瞒损耗等“偷金”套路。

▌加工完成后如对所购黄金存疑，可自行前往权威检测机构复检，确认重量与纯度是否达标，筑牢权益保障防线。
