近日，随着邓州市疾控中心完成整体搬迁至湍北新区，在湍北穰邓大道和穰城路交汇处，多家单位组团也是很热闹。
这里有邓州市公共实训基地（人社局）、疾控中心、政务服务中心（包含多单位办事窗口）、邮政、烟草、电信等单位，湍北片区的行政氛围越来越浓厚了。
