2月4日，关于“女孩被好想来怀疑偷东西哭了4小时”热搜事件，好想来礼泉县长富路店社交平台账号发布致歉信。当中显示，陕西咸阳礼泉县长富路店负责人称，其对此负有全部责任，在此致歉。其还承诺，对门店进行彻底整改，加强全员培训，坚决杜绝此类事件再次发生。
