2月4日，大润发母公司高鑫零售在港交所发布公告称，公司暂时无法与执行董事兼首席执行官李卫平取得联系。公告称，公司董事确信，该事项与集团之业务及营运并无关联。有鉴于此，董事会认为，该事项对集团并无重大不利影响，且集团的业务及营运维持正常。
