2月2日，梦金园（02585）发布公告，董事会宣布公司已于2026年1月30日获得香港联合交易所批准，将4000万股H股进行上市及买卖。
此次上市涉及股东天津园金梦企业管理咨询有限公司，持有4000万股非上市股份，转换及上市完成后，其在公司中的持股比例为14.65%。
转换及上市完成后，公司总发行股份将增至2.73亿股，其中H股占比100%。
