近日，一场暴风雪席卷俄罗斯首都莫斯科，创下当地近200年来的最强降雪纪录。截至当地时间29日，部分地区的积雪厚度已超60厘米。随着强降温天气到来，气温可达-25℃，气象“橙色预警”将持续到2月3日。目前，莫斯科市所有应急部门已转入特殊工作模式，高强度清雪工作已持续3天，市政府呼吁市民尽量选择公共交通出行。
