用料

泡菜、魔芋结、葱、姜、蒜、辣椒、辣椒油、糖、生抽、醋、油、盐。

泡菜魔芋结的做法

1、先将所需食材准备齐全，魔芋结和泡菜都是买的现成的比较省事。魔芋结用水洗净，烧一锅水，水开后放入魔芋结焯烫，捞出沥干水分备用。

2、买来的袋装泡菜取出，袋中的泡菜汤汁保留，将泡菜切成小块。葱姜蒜辣椒洗净，葱切葱花，姜蒜切末，辣椒切段。

3、锅内倒入适量的食用油，油热后，放入葱姜蒜辣椒煸炒出香味，然后倒入切好的泡菜中小火翻炒，接着倒入泡菜汁和辣椒油。

4、倒入焯烫好的魔芋结翻炒均匀，根据自己口味放入适量的盐、糖、生抽、醋调味，翻炒至魔芋结吸入泡菜的汁水，最后大火收汁即可出锅。

5、一碗酸辣爽口的泡菜魔芋结就完成了，浓郁的汤汁瞬间点燃你的味蕾，再配上一碗热腾腾的白米饭，一吃就是一大碗根本停不下来！
