沃什是谁？
他毕业于哈佛法学院，曾在摩根士丹利做并购和资本市场，2006–2011年担任美联储理事，还参与过危机决策（雷曼后系统性风险应对 AIG、流动性工具设计）。
而且，沃什的岳父还是雅诗兰黛家族继承人，也是特朗普几十年的好友。
