1月30日，黑芝麻智能（02533）发布公告，由于刘卫红因个人事务原因，未能有足够时间参与公司的日常经营管理，自2026年1月29日起，刘卫红由执行董事调任为非执行董事，并不再担任公司总裁。调任后，刘卫红将继续担任公司的顾问，为公司的业务经营提供建议。
