财联社1月28日电，红旗连锁(002697.SZ)公告称，公司持股5%以上股东永辉超市于2026年1月23日至28日期间，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式减持公司股份共1077万股，占公司总股本的0.79%。本次权益变动后，永辉超市持有公司股份由1.04亿股减少至9306万股，占公司总股本的比例由7.63%减少至6.84%。
