【科技快报网】小米集团1月28日举办2025年度“小米质量奖”表彰大会，玄戒芯片产品化项目获一等奖。
该芯片为小米首款3nm自研SoC，代号玄戒O1，由小米15S Pro首发，集成190亿晶体管，CPU采用10核4丛集架构，含两颗Cortex-X925超大核等，历时四年多由玄戒团队独立完成系统级设计与物理实现，仅使用Arm标准IP授权，非定制方案。
