据上海市气象局消息，今天（1月27日）以阴到多云为主，只是局部地区还有些短时小雨，对出行影响不大。受冷空气扩散影响，气温下滑，早晨各区最低气温在2℃~5℃，预计最高气温8℃，相对湿度90%~55%，偏北风4~5级，沿江沿海地区阵风6级，依然要做好防寒保暖工作。 周五至周六新一轮冷空气抵达，最高气温降至6~7℃，并伴有降雨，体感重归阴冷。周日开始，雨过天晴，阳光登场，气温逐步爬升。（东方视频 俞霖）
