金螳螂(002081)1月27日公告，近日，公司作为联合体牵头人，与联合体成员苏美达成功中标梅园地块建设项目新建酒店部分室内精装修工程及弱电智能化工程项目。双方已正式签署相关合同，公司负责室内精装修工程，公司承接的室内精装修工程暂估价为3.73亿元，占公司2024年度经审计营业收入的2.04%。
