格隆汇1月27日丨达威股份(300535.SZ)公布，公司为整合意大利当地资源，深化国际化产业布局，意大利达威与当地自然人股东合作成立合资公司 DOWELL CHEM SRL（简称“合资公司”），注册资本 10 万欧元。其中，意大利达威持有合资公司99%的股份，意大利籍自然人 ROSTELLO ALESSANDRO 持股 1%。公司拟通过合资公司在意大利当地建设生产基地和技术研发实验室。
