今天，中国海警接报，一艘外籍货轮在中国黄岩岛附近海域倾覆，船上共有21名菲律宾籍船员。中国海警立即派遣2艘海警舰赴失事海域展开搜救。截至18时，已救起17人，其中15人生命体征稳定，2人不幸遇难。目前，救援行动仍在紧张进行。
