近日，据公开报道，有消费者投诉称，其在立白集团官方旗舰店以低价下单的洗衣液遭品牌方强制退款。对此，立白集团客服回应称，此事系内部运营审核疏漏标错价格所致。因价格过低，订单无法发出，立白已为消费者补偿5元现金红包。
