中新网1月23日电 据“铁岭交警”微信公众号消息，铁岭市公安局交通管理支队2026年1月23日发布警情通报：2026年1月22日6时40分，市公安局情指中心接报警称，银州区柴河街北段发生一起道路交通事故。公安机关迅速到场处置，并于当日9时30分将肇事逃逸驾驶人孙某某(男，21岁)抓获。经检测，排除酒驾、毒驾嫌疑。
