格隆汇1月22日丨中国集成控股(01027.HK)公告，于股东在2025年12月19日举行股东特别大会上通过批准建议更改公司名称特别决议案后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长已于2025年12月22日发出更改公司名称注册证书，证明公司英文名称已由"China Jicheng Holdings Limited"更改为"Asia Strategy Digit Technology Holdings Limited"，及公司中文双重外文名称已由"中国集成控股有限公司"更改为"亚洲策略数字科技控股有限公司"，自2025年12月22日起生效。
