人民财讯1月20日电，*ST新研(300159)1月20日公告，公司重整计划已执行完毕，公司因被法院裁定受理重整而触及的退市风险警示情形已经消除，2026年1月19日，深交所审核同意公司撤销因重整而实施的退市风险警示，公司股票自2026年1月20日起撤销因重整而实施的退市风险警示。公司仍因触及《股票上市规则》第10.3.1条第（二）项规定继续被实施退市风险警示，公司股票简称仍为“*ST新研”。
