财联社1月20日电，印度地产巨头Lodha当地时间1月20日表示，与印度马哈拉施特拉邦政府签署谅解备忘录，除此前承诺的3000亿印度卢比投资外，还将追加投资1万亿卢比（约合110亿美元），用于在该邦开发2.5吉瓦数据中心园区。
