1月20日，龙旗科技（603341）发布公告，公司正在进行H股公开发行并申请在香港联合交易所主板挂牌上市。本次H股发行的最终价格确定为每股31港元，发行对象仅限于符合相应条件的境外投资者及其他符合监管规定的投资者。
公司预计本次H股将于2026年1月22日在香港联交所主板挂牌并开始上市交易。
2025年前三季度，龙旗科技实现收入313.32亿元，归母净利润5.07亿元。
