1月16日，三元股份（600429）发布公告，公司参股企业法国HCo（HCo France S.A.S.）于2025年度计提减值，故公司2025年度长期股权投资大幅减少，预计2025年归属母公司所有者的净利润亏损1.78亿元至3.56亿元。
2025年前三季度，三元股份实现收入48.71亿元，归母净利润2.36亿元。
