财联社1月16日电，华兰股份(301093.SZ)公告称，公司控股股东江阴华兰机电科技有限公司将增持价格上限从不超过58.08元/股调整为不超过86.66元/股，其他增持计划内容不变。调整原因是近期公司股价高于原定增持价格上限，为继续实施增持计划并达到原增持计划承诺的增持金额。
