据中建方程消息，1月14日，中建方程首单10亿元可持续挂钩中期票据在银行间债券市场成功发行，期限为3+2年（5年期），全场认购倍数2.38，票面利率2.19%。
据悉，此次中期票据创新贴标“可持续挂钩”，锚定“绿建认证面积及未来增长率”为可持续发展绩效目标，实现金融条款与可持续绿色发展战略深度绑定，是中建方程可持续治理理念与金融创新实践深度融合的体现。
