1月8日，延安市新区邦泰·锦天府三期项目迎来集中交付。与以往不同的是，190多位业主在拿到新房钥匙的同时，也领到了不动产权证书，实现了“交房即交证”。这也是延安市2026年首个实现“住权与产权同步”的住宅项目。
