1月12日，深康佳A（000016/200016）发布公告，公司董事会于近日收到杨波递交的辞职报告，因工作安排原因，杨波请求辞去公司副总裁职务，其辞职自报告送达董事会之日起生效。辞职后，杨波将继续在公司任职。
为确保公司的正常运行，公司于2026年1月12日召开的董事会会议上同意聘任董钢为副总裁，任期与本届高级管理人员任期一致。
2025年前三季度，深康佳A实现收入76.79亿元，归母净利润-9.82亿元。
