1月9日，汉嘉设计（300746）发布公告，董事长岑政平因公司内部工作岗位调整辞去董事长职务，并不再担任法定代表人，但仍继续担任董事。公司补选叶军为新董事长，并将其作为公司法定代表人，任期至董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，汉嘉设计实现收入9.37亿元，归母净利润2536万元。
