1月9日上午，在江西省南昌市安义县鼎湖镇，当地种粮大户凌继河连续第15年给农民发年终奖。2025年凌继河流转种植8万多亩农田，粮食产量达1.27亿斤。他发放的年终奖从2012年的98万元增长到今年2129万元，15年来，他累计给农民发年终奖9099万元。
