为进一步加强特种作业管理，防范遏制生产安全事故，应急管理部执法工贸局会同住房城乡建设部工程质量安全监管司、国家矿山安监局安全基础司对《特种作业目录》进行了修订，形成了征求意见稿，现向社会公开征求意见。
