网络监测机构Network Blocks发布通报称，网络数据显示伊朗动荡城市克尔曼沙赫的互联网骨干运营商TCI已出现连接中断，同时多个地区也浮现网络受阻的明显迹象。
另一网络监测平台Cloudflare Radar同步报告关键信息，伊朗的IPv6网络已被完全切断与全球互联网的连接。由于移动用户多依赖IPv6协议访问国际网络，这一操作实际上导致伊朗移动用户彻底失去了访问国际网络的途径。
