1月8日，三雄极光（300625）发布公告，公司董事会于近日收到董事朱立一提交的书面辞职报告，朱立一因公司治理结构调整原因申请辞去公司第六届董事会董事职务，辞职后仍继续担任公司其他职务。朱立一原定任期至2028年5月21日，其辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
2025年前三季度，三雄极光实现收入13.32亿元，归母净利润-1050万元。
