2026年元旦前，网名为“羊驼同学（健身版）”的小姑娘独自从湖南来到北京，登上八达岭长城，热泪盈眶地朗诵《清平乐·六盘山》，其间多次哽咽。她将朗诵视频发到网上，截至1月2日11时，视频获赞超过383万。少年意气，叩问山河，众多网友跟评，纷纷为小姑娘的行为点赞。

A 19-year-old college student's heartfelt recital of poetry on the Great Wall has captivated millions online, embodying a youthful passion for national heritage and cultural identity.

小姑娘叫陈欣妍，今年19岁，是湖南第一师范学院体育教育专业的大四学生。她早就对“不到长城非好汉”心驰神往，于是，元旦前从湖南来到北京，穿越1700公里，登上八达岭长城。

Chen Xinyan, a sports education major from Hunan First Normal University, fulfilled a long-held dream by traveling over 1,700 kilometers to visit the Badaling section of the Great Wall before New Year's Day 2026. Standing atop the ancient structure, she was overcome with emotion. "I felt so small standing on this backbone of our nation," she recounted.

“从京张高铁八达岭长城站下车后，我一路兴奋地朝着登城口走去。当登上八达岭后，我瞬间被雄伟壮阔的长城震撼到了。”陈欣妍说，站在民族脊梁上，我感觉自己很渺小。

当登上北八楼好汉坡的时候，她决定录制朗诵《清平乐·六盘山》的视频为自己的长城之行画上圆满的句号。没想到第一遍录制没成功，原因就是多年的愿望终于实现了，心情太激动。

Chen decided to record herself reciting verses that celebrate the grandeur of the landscape. When she recited the famous line, "One who fails to reach the Great Wall is not a hero," a passing tourist spontaneously joined in with the following verse, offering unexpected encouragement.

当第二次录制的时候，刚说出开头的“天高”二字，她就不由自主地哽咽起来，当说到“不到长城非好汉”，一名路过的男性游客自觉呼应“屈指行程二万”，感受到了周围人的鼓励，她更加热泪盈眶，稳住情绪坚持拍摄完毕，才有了大家看到的感人一幕。

没想到，视频发出后火爆网络，引发了大家的强烈共情。网友们热评：

“也许是诗里的山河太辽阔，大到单薄的身体一时装不下。”

“路人那句‘屈指行程二万’，像是隔空传来的温暖拥抱。”

The clip quickly went viral. Netizens flooded the comments with praise, deeply touched by her genuine display of emotion. One user wrote, "Perhaps the vastness of the landscape in the poem is too immense to be contained by a single slender frame at once."

这让陈欣妍始料未及。“第二天一看点赞量这么大，着实把自己吓了一跳。”陈欣妍说，“从来没想到能被这么多人关注，我真的很感动，感谢大家的认可和鼓励，接下来将走好自己的每一步人生路，让长城文化精神时刻激励自己前行。”

The widespread response took Chen by surprise. "Seeing the number of likes the next day really shocked me," she said. "I never expected so much attention. I'm truly grateful for everyone's recognition and encouragement." She expressed that this experience would inspire her future path.

陈欣妍介绍，她是独自一人来到北京，也是人生中第一次来到长城景区。她对八达岭景区的印象很好，工作人员都很友善，每每回忆这次长城之行，她还是感觉很美好。如果有机会，她还会来八达岭，体验伟人笔下“千里冰封，万里雪飘”的北国风光。

Chen, who traveled alone for her first-ever Great Wall visit, praised the hospitality of the Badaling staff and the beauty of the site, hoping to return to witness its winter scenery.

近期，八达岭长城上有不少游客自发朗诵“不到长城非好汉”。有感于青年人爱国情怀表达，八达岭文旅集团已经邀请了陈欣妍和亲友们再次前来景区观光揽胜，也随时欢迎“陈欣妍们”到来，抒发爱国情怀，领略大美中国的“诗和远方”。
