12月30日，昊志机电（300503）发布公告，控股股东汤秀清将其持有的510万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的5.88%及公司总股本的1.65%；截至公告披露日，汤秀清累计质押股份为5145万股，占其持股比例的59.32%及公司总股本的16.69%。
2025年前三季度，昊志机电实现收入11.43亿元，归母净利润1.22亿元。
