财联社12月30日电，英国的章鱼能源公司（OctopusEnergy）周一表示，在美国投资公司D1资本合伙人（D1CapitalPartners）牵头的一轮融资后，将把其技术部门Kraken分拆为一家独立公司，估值为86.5亿美元。
