财联社12月29日电，*ST东易(002713.SZ)公告称，公司股票将于2025年12月30日开市起复牌。公司执行《重整计划》转增的531,868,204股股票，总股本增至951,405,184股。由于资本公积金转增股本属于整体重整计划的一部分，公司对除权参考价格计算公式进行了调整，股权登记日次一交易日（2025年12月30日）的股票开盘参考价调整为8.14元/股。
