科技边角料获悉北京图新瀚和科技有限公司日前发生公司变更，此前控股50%的HERE Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd退出，由北京四维图新科技股份有限公司全资持股。
天眼查工商信息显示，2017年，四维图新与HERE Technologies全资子公司HERE Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd共同出资成立了北京图新瀚和科技有限公司，注册资本6882.7847万元，双方各持股50%，专注于为中国车企提供全球地图数据及动态信息服务。
