易德龙（603380）发布公告，公司总经理顾华林因职务调整辞去总经理职务。公司董事会于2025年12月26日召开会议，审议通过了顾华林担任副董事长的议案。
顾华林，1968年11月生，曾任苏州有线电一厂工程师，上海通林通信系统有限公司副总经理，苏州市易德龙电器有限公司总经理，苏州易格宝检测技术有限公司总经理等职。
2025年前三季度，易德龙实现收入17.23亿元，归母净利润1.76亿元。
