财联社12月26日电，存储芯片概念股再度走强，德明利拉升封板，恒烁股份、复旦微电、江波龙、香农芯创、佰维存储等纷纷冲高。消息面上，12月25日，TrendForce集邦咨询最新发布的存储现货价格趋势报告显示，DDR4、DDR5与模组价格仍连日上扬，此外金士顿本周大幅提高了DRAM（内存）价格。
