格隆汇12月23日丨中国诚通发展集团(00217.HK)公告，于2025年12月23日，诚通融资租赁(公司间接全资附属公司)与共同承租人(河北京唐工业技术有限公司、中国二十二冶集团有限公司)订立售后回租协议，据此，诚通融资租赁将向共同承租人购买租赁资产，并将租赁资产回租予共同承租人，租赁期为期三(3)年，惟可根据售后回租协议的条款及条件提早终止。
