12月初BOPP迎来投产小高峰，一周内BOPP新增3条线（海能科技、新康意、金田新材）。截至12月16日，2025年BOPP行业已新增11条产线，12月仍有2条新线待投产，年末行业总产能或达832万吨。2025年新线主要集中在四季度及年末投放；主要分布于华东、华北地区。新线产品逐渐向功能膜、差异化薄膜领域过渡。展望2026年，BOPP行业全年仍有15余条线投放市场，新增产能可达90万吨。
