俄罗斯国家杜马金融市场委员会主席 Anatoly Aksakov 表示，俄罗斯境内支付必须使用卢布，比特币、以太坊等加密货币永远不会成为俄罗斯的货币，只能作为投资工具使用；立法机构支持央行反对个人和企业使用加密货币进行支付。俄罗斯早在 2020 年已禁止在境内将加密货币作为支付手段。（DL News）
