近日，昆药集团发布公告称，副总裁贺明因工作调整辞去公司副总裁职务，辞任时间为2025年12月9日，其原定任期为2028年1月22日。辞任后，贺明将继续担任公司党委专职副书记。
截至公告日，贺明未持有公司股票，也不存在应当履行而未履行的承诺事项。
