12月5日，飞南资源（301500）发布公告，因发展征地需要，公司向四会市罗源镇人民政府和四会市地豆镇人民政府提供的无息借款619万元和663万元，以及全资子公司飞南废旧电器公司向四会市迳口镇人民政府提供的无息借款1643万元，将借款期限延长至2026年12月31日。原定于2025年12月31日到期的借款因镇政府还款周期的实际情况需要延长。
2025年前三季度，飞南资源实现收入107.07亿元，归母净利润2.00亿元。
