天顺股份12月3日公告，公司全资子公司海南天宇航空服务有限责任公司于2025年12月2日获得海南省交通运输厅航空货运奖励资金4439.14万元，其中4422.59万元为公司奖励补贴款，占公司最近一期经审计归属于上市公司股东净利润的495.99%；16.55万元奖励补贴款由公司代收代付。
