12月3日，天顺股份（002800）发布公告，公司下属全资子公司海南天宇航空服务有限责任公司获得海南省交通运输厅2025年上半年航空货运奖励资金4439万元。
其中，4423万元为公司奖励补贴款，占公司最近一期经审计归母净利润的495.99%；17万元奖励补贴款由公司“代收代付”。上述补贴款项已于2025年12月2日划拨到海南天宇相关资金账户。
2025年前三季度，天顺股份实现收入7.82亿元，归母净利润-1267万元。
